Yes, I'm trying the chibi base thing again. Yes, the title indicates I will upload one with manes. I'll link between the two once they're both uploaded Base with manes HERE

-Frankendoll if the other base artist allows it (I'm not sure how you'd do that here, but whatever floats your boat)
-Use for free, point, cash, whatever adoptables
-Use for your OC or whatever pony you want to draw
-Take some of the ponies off the base. I'm not forcing you to make all 12 ponies if you use it
-Use as a means of earning points (Commissions, ect)
